AgNormal screens all prospective capital partners against U.S. national security and foreign-investment standards. Inquiries from foreign-state-controlled entities, adversarial-jurisdiction LPs, and entities subject to U.S. sanctions or export controls will not be considered. Identification, source-of-funds, and beneficial-ownership disclosure may be requested as a precondition of further discussion. Screening is a precondition of engagement, not an exception to it.
